Accommodation rental

Scout Centre Delft – Het Kruithuis rents to Scouts and Guides, schools (PO/VO), youth associations/organizations with Chamber of Commerce registration that have the objective “Youth up to 18 years and Education”. As an International guest, please provide us with some information about your organisation, so we can offer you the applicable rates.

We cannot receive other groups such as student associations.

Bookings are for a minimum of two nights.

Check-in time is 15:00-19:00

Departure time is 12:00 (Sunday 13:00-17:00)

Silence on the grounds and in the buildings 23:00-7:00

No pets allowed (except official assistance dogs)

Because the layout of the building has largely remained in its original state, the building is not wheelchair friendly. Several rooms can only be reached via a staircase. 

In the buildings

There are 3 sleeping accommodations

Pakhuis 20-24 people in 2 dormitories
Kuiphuis 10 people  in 2 dormitories
Waaghuis 28-34 people in 3 dormitories

Each accommodation is equipped with a hall, fully equipped kitchen, dormitories and sanitary facilities. Accommodation is based on self-catering: bring your own food, drinks, bed linen, etc.

Pricing 2025 accommodation

Scouts/Guides  € 9,50 p.p.p.n

Youth/minors  € 15,00 p.p.p.n

Others € 17,75 p.p.p.n

this includes local tourist fees

Extra heating charge in the winter period Octobre-March

During wintertime we charge extra for heating

Kuiphuis € 10,00 per night

Pakhuis € 20,00 per night

Waaghuis € 30,00 per night

Camping

On the site there is an opportunity to camp with a group of up to twenty people

Kortegaard (meeting) rooms

In building ‘De Kortegaard’ we have 3 (meeting) rooms for rent.
