Meeting rooms

Aside from overnight stays, we also offer rooms that can be used for meetings. You can either rent these rooms for 4 hours or a full day. In case you wish to rent these rooms for multiple days, please contact us. We do not offer catering, but you are allowed to use outside catering. Small meeting rooms

In “de Kortegaard”, there are 3 meeting rooms. A bathroom is available, but can only be accessed from the exterior of the building.

“De proefkamer” 8-10 people
“De proefkamer” is located on the ground floor of “de Kortegaard” and comes equipped with a whiteboard and screen that can be connected to a laptop.
Fee for 4 hours: €72,50
Fee for full day: €130,00

“De Ridderkamer” 6-8 people
“De Ridderkamer” is located on the ground floor of “de Kortegaard” and has a historical ambience.
Fee for 4 hours: €72,50
Fee for full day: €130,00

“De Zolderkamer” 12-18 people
“De Zolderkamer” is located on the first floor of “de Kortegaard” and is intended for larger groups of people. It comes equipped with a beamer screen, but no beamer.
Fee for 4 hours: €102,50
Fee for full day: €130,00

“De Poortkamer” 4-6 people
“De Poortkamer” is located above the entry gate of the terrain and has a unique historical fireplace. The room is small but is fitting for official ceremonies.

Large meeting rooms

During the offseason (November-February), it is possible to rent the overnight accommodations for a day without staying overnight.
The “Pakhuiszaal” with kitchen can be rented for a maximum of 40 people.
The “Waaghuiszaal” with kitchen can be rented for a maximum of 80 people.
Fee for 4 hours: €230,00
Fee for full day: €280,00

Pakhuiszaal

During the offseason, this room is excellent for meetings.
The kitchen comes equipped with a coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave, fridge and freezer.
In addition there is a gas stove and gas oven, with several pots and pans.
Plates, cups and cutlery is provided for 40 people.
The use of the terrain and campfire pit has to be discussed with the booking team.

Waaghuiszaal

During the offseason, this room is excellent for meetings.
The kitchen comes equipped with a coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave, fridge and freezer.
In addition there is a gas stove and gas oven, with several pots and pans.
Plates, cups and cutlery is provided for 80 people.
The use of the terrain and campfire pit has to be discussed with the booking team.
